Refunds are approved only after your return request has been reviewed and the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team.

2. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within seven business days after your returned item is received and verified.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take ten to fifteen business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your refund does not appear after this period, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to our support team.

3. Refund Amount

Refunds include the cost of the returned item or items.
Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We do not issue refunds to alternate payment accounts or third-party wallets.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Gift cards or promotional items
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by us

6. Defective or Wrong Items

We will prioritize your case and either send a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
