Thank you for shopping with Kegaroo. We hope every order brings you complete satisfaction. However, if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and easy process.

  1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Whenever possible, please return the item in its original packaging.
Include your order confirmation or receipt.
Provide a written explanation for the return (for example, wrong size, incorrect color, or defective product).
Submit at least two clear, well-lit photos showing the affected or damaged area, the product’s size tag (for sizing issues), and the full front and back of the product.

Important: Return requests submitted without clear photographic proof may be automatically rejected.

  1. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 120 days of delivery.
Requests made after 120 days will not be accepted.

  1. How to Start a Return

Reason for Return
Required Photo Evidence (as listed above)
Indicate whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

Our support team will get back to you within two to three business days with next steps.

  1. Return Shipping

If the issue is our mistake, we cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to personal reasons such as a change of mind or wrong size ordered, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

  1. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong item or size, or the product differs significantly from the description or photo.

We do not accept exchanges for personal preference, incorrect size choice (unless our error), or minor cosmetic imperfections.

To request an exchange, email [email protected] with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, desired replacement item or size, and required photo evidence.

If approved and the item is in stock, we will send your replacement at no extra cost.
If the replacement is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution such as a different item or a full refund.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please double-check your order details including size, color, and quantity before checkout.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any fees.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

  1. Important Notes

Return window: 120 days from delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
